Specialities:

- Pine cones: In the past of the bread dough with anise. It are eaten traditionally for the period of the Branches.

- Crunching Estuary: An old receipt of the Country of the High Gironde, ground of Estuary, combining with
subtlety almonds and hazel nuts and of a delicious orange suspicion.

- The Charente-native cake: Cake of ceremony, the wafer is tasted with the reception at the time of a marriage, traditionally in High Saintonge and the Gabaye Country.

- The Cake of Pineau
